When BLK Bird co-owner, Jonathan, and his wife welcomed their first baby, she told him that she didn’t want to tent camp with a little one. Jonathan took that as an opportunity to track down a camper they could easily tow, but also had the modern comforts of home. That’s when he found Innis. They drove to Innisfail, AB the next day to bring her home.

This 1975 Boler was previously owned by a marine biologist who travelled up and down the west coast living and working out of her camper. Smithers’ fiberglass furniture was still intact so with a little TLC he was fully restored and is now ready to roll towards some new adventures.

Albert was picked up from a farm just outside Prince Albert, SK. The previous owner had been using it as an ice fishing shack. There was a gaping hole in the floor and most of the furniture was used for firewood; needless to say, he required a lot of work. After a number of fiberglass patches and some custom woodwork, Albert is refreshed and ready to roll.

Only a foot longer than a Boler, the Surfide is a great option for the camper who hovers above 6 ft tall, or a group who wants a little extra space to move around.
