Payment

Once the booking quote has been emailed and the rental agreement reviewed the renter will be prompted to pay by visa through the booking quote.

 
 

Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required upon pick-up and will be returned within seven days after the camper is dropped off as long as it is returned in the same condition it was picked up in.

 
 

Damage

We always hope it won’t happen, but we have to say it just in case: Renters are responsible for any damage to the camper including exterior, interior, and contents for the duration of the time that camper is in the renters possession. BLK Bird will thoroughly check the camper for any damage that wasn’t recorded on the pre-trip walk through report upon drop off.

 
 

Pets

Pets are welcome although notify BLK Bird at time of booking as there may be an additional cleaning fee.

 
 

Insurance 

Contact BLK Bird Campers directly to confirm coverage.

 
 

Cancellations
& Rebooking

Plans Change. We get it. If you need to cancel for any reason, we can offer a 75% refund as long as we have 14 days notice. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund within 14 days before pick up.

We will happily reschedule your reservation as long as we have 14 day’s notice. There will be a 6% rescheduling fee which will be collected with your damage deposit.

 
 

Accidents

If an accident occurs and it’s not an emergency, please call us right away. If it is an emergency, please call 9-1-1 immediately and then contact us at your earliest convenience.

We, BLK Bird Vintage Campers, may occasionally update the booking policies without notice. As the renter, please familiarize yourself with these policies. You can always contact us if you have questions.
